Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality products, ensuring adherence to safety standards and engineering specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where craftsmanship and attention to detail are valued. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements.
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stickwelding techniques with accuracy and consistency.
Use hand tools, power tools, CNC plasma cutters, tubing benders, and other fabrication equipment to shape and assemble metal parts.
Measure materials precisely using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure proper fit and finish.
Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly tasks.
Conduct quality inspections on finished products using basic math skills and mechanical knowledge to verify dimensions and weld integrity.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members on assembly processes and shop workflow to ensure everything gets completed efficiently with no hiccups.

Qualifications

Proven construction site experience or manufacturing background with exposure to fabrication environments.
Skilled in MIG welding, TIG welding, stick welding, and plasma cutting.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Proficient in using calipers, tape measure, hand tools, power tools, and tube bending machines.
Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations.
Familiarity with construction site safety procedures is a plus.
Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
