Our core assets provide services for customers in the Delaware Basin in West Texas and New Mexico, and the DJ Basin in northeastern Colorado, and the Powder River Basin in Northeast Wyoming. Additional assets and investments are located in South Texas, Utah, and Southwest Wyoming.

We’re engaged in the business of gathering, compressing, treating, processing, and transporting natural gas; gathering, stabilizing and transporting condensate, natural gas liquids (NGLs) and crude oil; and gathering, transporting, recycling, treating and disposing of produced water for our customers. In our capacity as a natural gas processor, we also buy and sell natural gas, NGLs, and condensate on our behalf and our customers under certain gas processing contracts.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and solutions-oriented SuccessFactors Analyst for functional support and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors across a wide range of modules. This role serves as a key liaison between HR, the Business, and IT requiring a unique blend of technical acumen and business insight to drive system improvements, troubleshoot issues, test updates, and deliver high-quality user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple (not necessarily all) SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals, Performance Management, Compensation Planning, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Development, and Reporting. The candidate must be willing to learn new areas of the system and be eager to lead discussions with other HR Centers of Excellence on annual processes, process improvement and system updates/inquiries.

Responsibilities:
Support the onboarding and hiring process for new employees
Perform updates to employees and positions as the business requires
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and system administrator for SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
Partner with HR leaders and IT to define business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
Configure, or partner with external consultants to configure, and optimize SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR processes.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for system issues to identify root causes and implement fixes serving as Tier 1 support for all things SuccessFactors.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and highly proficient with vLookups and Pivot Tables.
Perform data loads, or process transactions, to update positions and employee records for reorganizations or job/pay structure changes needed by the business
Perform and coordinate system testing, including regression, UAT, and release-related validations for new features and enhancements.
Collaborate with IT, other business groups as well as external consultants to manage and troubleshoot integrations with other platforms (e.g., Employee Central Payroll, WorkForce System (WFS), S4, BenefitFocus, Fidelity and ADP).
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance through audits, reporting, and best practices.
Develop and maintain system documentation and support materials for end users.
Design (or work with an external consultant to design) and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR initiatives and business decision-making.
Experience with external reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Spotfire, etc. preferred
Contribute to HR and cross-functional projects serving as a SME for HR technology and data

Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience.
Solid technical understanding of SuccessFactors design, security roles, workflows, and data structures.
Resourceful when managing unfamiliar concepts, but willing to research solutions and/or self-teach and learn on the job
Works well under multiple competing priorities
Skilled in gathering and analyzing business requirements and converting them into system specifications.
Proficient in data validation using SuccessFactors reporting tools
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, various Business groups and vendors.

Education:
4 or more years relevant experience with bachelor’s degree; 8 or more years of experience without bachelor’s degree

Certifications:
SAP SuccessFactors certifications in one or more modules (e.g., Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation).

Relocation:
This position is not eligible for relocation.

Travel Requirements:
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0-5%.

Work Schedule:
This position follows a hybrid schedule working in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and working remote Wednesday and Friday. Monday-Thursday are 9 hours and Fridays are 4 hours.
