Become a part of our culinary management team where preparing delicious Tex-Mex inspired cuisine in a vibrant waterfront atmosphere on Lake Conroe is our passion. At Fajita Jack's you’ll work with the freshest ingredients, boldest flavors, cleanest kitchens and top-of-the-line equipment to provide an exceptional culinary experience to every guest, every visit.

Requirements:

Must have a sincere passion for food, be meticulous about cleanliness, have experience in a high volume fast paced kitchen environment, orders & inventory, scheduling & be fluent in Spanish & English.

The ability to thrive in & lead a fast-paced kitchen. A desire to help out where needed, train and develop new staff and to work as part of our team. A passion for cooking with a sharp eye for freshness, quality, presentation and cleanliness. An appetite for learning (and great food). Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
