Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses | Weekly Pay $500–$2,500
This is a full-time position where your performance directly impacts what you earn and how quickly you advance.
What You’ll Do
- Walk assigned residential neighborhoods
- Speak directly with homeowners at their homes
- Perform basic ground-level visual inspections
- Explain our roof inspection service
- Schedule inspection appointments
- Work outdoors and stay active
Compensation
- Full-time position
- Base pay + commission + performance bonuses
- Many first-year team members earn $75,000–$200k+
- Earnings vary based on performance and consistency
- Intensive paid training to ensure you have full scope knowledge
The Role
As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will be immediately showing homeowners concerns about their roofs. Educating homeowners on their roof's health. This will be fostering the beginning of their pipeline. We generate leads by meeting homeowners and meeting them where they are located.
Schedule
- On-site role
- Monday–Friday - Alternating Saturdays
- Availability between 10am–7:30 pm
- No overnight travel
Requirements
- Comfortable talking to people face-to-face
- A positive attitude
- A strong desire to succeed
- Professionalism
- Great communications skills
- High school diploma or GED
- A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to and from the office
- Ability to work 40 hrs between 10am - 7pm (CST) , Mon - Fri - Alternating Saturday
