Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and providing administrative support within the office. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and have experience in office management, as well as proficiency in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Manage office administrative tasks.
Handle front desk duties including answering phone systems and greeting visitors.
Organize files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy access to documents.

Experience

Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, QuickBooks).
Advanced data entry skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration within the team.
