Full Job Description

Beacon Restoration is a growing, dynamic company in Montgomery, Texas. Family owned and operated, we are an emergency services provider responding to our community when they have had an unfortunate fire/flood/mold disaster in their home. We’re passionate about our work, we prioritize teamwork, and we are committed to our customers.

We are seeking an experienced warehouse manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and a quick thinker who can drive performance, improve efficiency, and ensure exceptional customer service. The candidate must have the highest level of integrity, take accountability, and ensure confidentiality in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

· Arrive before crews to stage vehicles based on daily work orders

· Oversee crew as they depart for the day and receive them again in the evening

· Validate crew timecards daily

Inventory Management:

· Oversee and maintain warehouse inventory including equipment and consumable materials

· Perform quarterly inventory reports

· Control inventory levels, reconcile data, and perform physical counts to ensure accuracy.

· Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment

Fleet Management:

· Assign vehicles daily to appropriate staff/job

· Maintain vehicle maintenance records

· Monitor vehicles via GPS tracking

Safety and Efficiency:

· Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain an organized, secure and clean work environment

· Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste and costs.

· Monitor security systems

Requirements:

· High School Diploma

· Clean driving and criminal record

· Authorized to work in the United States

· Minimum 3 years’ experience

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

· Forklift certification

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· OSHA certification preferred

· Restoration experience a plus

· Bi-lingual Spanish a plus

· IICRC WRT and AMRT certifications a plus

The hours are:

· 7:30 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Thursday and 7:30 am – 3:00 pm on Friday.

The pay range is:

· 50,000-60,000 depending on experience
