Role Details

We're seeking experienced, compassionate caregivers who understand that quality care begins with knowing the person behind the need. Key Responsibilities

Personalized Care Delivery: Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living while maintaining each resident's dignity and independence
Medication Administration: Safely administer medications following established protocols and documentation requirements
Relationship Building: Take time to learn each resident's personal history, preferences, and dreams to provide truly individualized care
Meal Preparation & Service: Prepare and cook nutritious meals according to dietary plans, accommodate special dietary restrictions, and ensure meals are served with care and attention to resident preferences
Team Collaboration: Work closely with nursing and support staff to ensure comprehensive 360° care for every resident
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, resident progress, and any changes in condition
Family Communication: Partner with families to provide updates and ensure their loved ones feel connected and supported
Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a secure, clean environment for residents

Requirements

1+ years of experience in assisted living, home care, or healthcare settings
Current CNA certification or equivalent caregiving credentials
Medication administration certification or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire
Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices
Strong communication skills and genuine desire to connect with seniors
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and daily activities
High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate Starting at: $13-$15.00 per hour

Schedule Information

Part-Time 2 Days per week
