Sales Director/Manager Domestic

Domestic Dealership located in the Greater North Houston area, is seeking an experienced; customer service-oriented Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will have an amazing opportunity to direct all aspects of New and Pre-Owned Sales, F&I, and Business Development for a growing dealership group. This opportunity comes with amazing upward potential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. Have experience hiring, training, and leading a team, with a strong passion for people and process. In addition, have a solid knowledge of sales best practices, CRM, business development and customer retention strategies. Be able to provide professional references.

Sales Manager/Director Requirement and Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience

· Must have extensive knowledge in BDC and CRM processes

· Leadership abilities to drive market share, customer experience, and profitability

· Proven track record of process implementation and improvement

· Ability to prepare a team game plan and execute a strategy daily

· Track record of exceeding previous sales quotas and goals

· Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees

· Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving complex problems

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Outgoing and service-oriented attitude

· Knowledge of inventory control and management

· Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure work environment
