Full Job Description

Industrial & Infrastructure Estimator

Experienced Industrial and Infrastructure Estimator with a proven background preparing comprehensive cost estimates for heavy civil, industrial, utility, and infrastructure construction projects. Expertise in developing conceptual and detailed estimates for earthwork, underground utilities, concrete structures, roadways, bridges, site development, water and wastewater facilities, pipelines, and industrial process facilities. Skilled in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports, and bid documents to develop accurate, competitive proposals while identifying project risks and opportunities.

Highly proficient in performing quantity takeoffs, analyzing production rates, evaluating labor and equipment requirements, and developing complete project budgets. Experienced in soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiating pricing, preparing bid packages, and supporting successful project pursuits from preconstruction through contract award. Strong understanding of self-perform construction operations, scheduling, constructability reviews, value engineering, and cost control strategies for large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.

Collaborates effectively with project managers, engineers, owners, municipalities, and field operations to ensure estimates align with project scope, schedule, procurement strategies, and contractual requirements. Adept at managing multiple pursuits simultaneously while maintaining estimating accuracy and meeting aggressive bid deadlines.
