Front Desk Agent

Attitash Village – Bartlett, NH

Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission opportunities on hotel bookings.

What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last impression our guests have of the resort.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality
Check guests in and out efficiently
Make, modify, and cancel reservations
Answer phones and assist with reservation inquiries
Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and activities
Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to resolve guest issues
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Keep the Front Desk and lobby welcoming and organized
Help create memorable vacations that keep guests coming back
