Accounting Clerk/Office Admin

Pinnacle 33 Signage & Lighting Solutions

Responsibilities

The Accounting Clerk/Office Admin works with the management team to accurately report on the results of daily operations and to help to safeguard the company’s assets. This key member of the team plays a vital role in supporting both the accounting and sales department. Integrity, dependability, accountability and professional communication skills must all be demonstrated to achieve success in this role.

Responsibilities may shift with various project needs. These may include, but are not limited to:

· Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

· Bank and Credit Card Entries in QuickBooks

· Billing

· Customer Service

· Payroll

· Record keeping

· Sales and Use Tax Reporting

· Sales Commission Reporting

· Vendor management / coordination

· General office support, including retrieving and processing daily mail; and answering incoming calls

Requirements

We welcome all talented candidates who are driven, self-directed and have the ability to get things done efficiently.

Other desired qualifications are as follows:

· 3+ years of experience in QuickBooks, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivables.

· Advanced Skills in Computer Technology including Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Power Point

· Ability to perform mathematical computations quickly and accurately

· Must be flexible, conscientious, adapt easily, and be motivated by constant change

· Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

· Ability to work well with a team, but can manage workload independently

· Must pass pre-employment screening, i.e., Drug Screen and Background Check
