ASPIRUS ST. LUKE'S MOUNTAIN IRON CLINIC in Duluth, MN is seeking a RAD-MAMMO-CT to join our ASPIRUS ST. LUKE’S MOUNTAIN IRON CLINIC team!
Salary Range: $29.78 - $43.18 Hourly
Schedule/Hours: VARIED (ALL) SHIFTS, 8 hours
Weekend Requirement: Generally No Weekends
FTE: OCCASIONAL, 0.001 FTE
The Rad/Mammo/CT Technologist, under the direction of the Lead Rad/Lab Technologist at the Clinic site, the technical direction of the Laboratory Outreach Manager and the technical direction of the SLH Radiology Outreach Technologist, and the administrative direction of the site Clinic Manager, is responsible for performing x-ray examinations and screening or diagnostic mammograms, including related quality controls, diagnostic CT imaging, performing EKG's, and maintaining related quality assurance records required for Rad/Mammo/CT services. The Rad/Mammo/CT Technologist maintains x-ray files, orders and maintains related x-ray supplies, performs EKG's, spirometry testing, heel ultrasound, and assists Physician with Cardiac Stress Testing and related duties. Performs other functions as assigned by Clinic Manager.

WI Locations: Must have Wisconsin Radiographer's License.

MN Locations: Radiologic Technologist Registered RT(R). Must have Wisconsin Radiographer's License if floating to WI Clinic Location.

All Locations: Within ninety (90) days of hire, BLS Certification with a designation of either BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider from either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross or Military Training Network.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of x-ray and CT functions in a Physician office setting. Working knowledge of preps for CT and other Radiographic exams. Knowledge of Universal Precautions, generally accepted safety practices, radiation safety and quality control practices for x-ray services. Knowledge of medical record documentation practices related to x-ray services. Knowledge of personal computing application and customer relations principles. Ability to perform x-rays and develop films. Ability to work independently under general administrative and medical direction. Ability to function well in stressful situations, to exercise good judgment, accept personal responsibility, and carry out assigned tasks. Ability to prioritize tasks without compromising patient care. Ability to demonstrate positive customer relations behaviors and to present a professional image. Ability to establish and maintain harmonious and cooperative working relationships with other people, both in person and on the telephone.
