Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! In this energetic role, you’ll deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Your culinary knowledge, beverage expertise, and friendly attitude will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and satisfied. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Process cash and credit transactions accurately, handling cash handling and sales transaction processing with integrity
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices
Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, ideally with fine dining or hospitality background
Strong knowledge of POS systems.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs
Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques
Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Previous experience in culinary arts or kitchen support is a plus but not required
Valid host/hostess or bussing experience is beneficial for supporting guest relations and restaurant flow
