Audiologist - Edina, MN | $70,000 - $95,000 Base | OTE $86,000 - $111,000+

Audiology Concepts is hiring a full-time Audiologist for our Edina clinic.

We are a six-location, independently owned audiology practice in Minnesota. We do not cut corners on clinical care: REM on every fit, gold-standard diagnostics, and a dedicated support team (PCCs, Audiology Technicians, Insurance) so you can stay focused on patients.

We are looking for a highly skilled, passionate Audiologist to join our team in Edina. If you love working with patients of all backgrounds, want to work with cutting-edge technology, and are excited to practice at the highest level of your license alongside a dedicated support team, we want to hear from you.

At Audiology Concepts, you are never on an island. You will work alongside our Patient Care Coordinators, Audiology Technicians, and Insurance team so that you can focus on what you do best: transforming lives through better hearing.

Primary Responsibilities

Diagnostic and Clinical Excellence

Conduct comprehensive, gold-standard hearing assessments including Air, Bone, Speech, and QuickSIN
Perform objective testing including tympanometry and acoustic reflexes
Utilize Real Ear Measurements (REM) and HIT box verification on every fit to ensure optimal outcomes

Patient-Centered Treatment and Specialty Care

Guide patients through personalized hearing healthcare evaluations and treatment plans
Prescribe and fit advanced hearing technologies using clinical best practices, including Phonak Lyric extended-wear devices - one of the only clinics in Minnesota offering this technology
Provide comprehensive tinnitus evaluation and management. We welcome both experienced tinnitus clinicians and candidates who are eager to be trained in this specialty
Stay current across multiple manufacturers' technologies and software platforms

Collaboration and Administrative Support

Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical charting and clinical reports
Collaborate with leadership to track key clinical outcomes and performance metrics
Participate in committee meetings that shape the direction of the practice

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate (Au.D.) in Audiology from an accredited institution
Valid MN Audiology and Hearing Instrument Dispensing licensure in good standing, or eligibility to obtain
Strong proficiency across multiple manufacturers' fitting protocols and software
Openness and enthusiasm for tinnitus patient care
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Bonus: Team-based monthly performance bonus with a realistic additional $16,000+ per year at target

Total OTE: $91,000 - $111,000+
