**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent to join our team. This dual-role position is critical in maintaining smooth operations during the overnight hours while providing exemplary service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Perform end-of-day financial audits to ensure accurate and thorough recording of transactions.
Reconcile and balance accounts, generate financial reports, and make necessary corrections to accounts as needed.
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
Manage and resolve guest complaints and requests with professionalism and empathy.
Monitor hotel security and address any issues that arise during the night shift.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, ensuring excellent communication and service standards.
Assist with additional administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining up-to-date hotel records.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless daily operations.

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in basic accounting principles.
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
