You're over dead-end fitness jobs that feel flat, messy, or fake.
You want a role where your energy matters, your standards matter, and your work actually changes someone's day.
You want to lead, grow, and be surrounded by people who care about results without tearing each other down.
If you're wired for more, high standards, and real momentum, keep reading.
At OrangeTheory Fitness in Strongsville, we power people through energizing, results-driven workouts led by supportive coaches and backed by science-based training. As an Assistant Studio Manager, you'll be part of a community that makes fitness feel fun, inclusive, and meaningful every day.
Our culture is high-energy, supportive, accountable, and member-obsessed. This is a place for people who want to build others up, solve problems fast, and help make every class the best hour of the member's day.
Your day moves fast. You'll help lead the studio, support the team, and keep the member experience sharp from the moment someone walks in.
You'll be coaching sales performance, tracking what matters, helping grow memberships, and stepping into daily operations with real ownership. You'll also help build community partnerships and create a space where members feel welcomed, valued, and excited to come back.
This role matters because the energy in the studio starts with the team leading it. When you do this well, members feel it, the team feels it, and you'll see the impact in performance, growth, and the standard the whole studio lives by.
