About Us

BP Landscaping is a rapidly growing commercial landscape maintenance company serving Northeast Ohio. We specialize in providing high-quality landscape maintenance and enhancement services to commercial properties, including office campuses, apartment communities, educational facilities, and other commercial sites.

Our focus is on delivering exceptional quality, communication, and reliability while building long-term relationships with our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to help support our day-to-day operations and contribute to the continued expansion of the company.

Position Summary

The Operations & Administrative Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the office runs efficiently. This individual will be responsible for scheduling, customer communication, invoicing, administrative tasks, and assisting with commercial sales and outreach efforts.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership of responsibilities, and wants to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate daily crew operations.
Communicate with commercial clients regarding scheduling, service requests, and general inquiries.
Prepare and send invoices.
Maintain accurate customer records and company documentation.
Assist with job costing, reporting, and operational tracking.
Coordinate commercial outreach efforts, including emails, calls, and lead follow-up.
Maintain and update prospect lists and CRM systems.
Support estimating and proposal preparation.
Assist ownership with operational improvements and growth initiatives.
Perform various administrative and office management tasks.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Previous administrative, customer service, office management, or sales experience preferred.
Experience in landscaping, construction, property management, or a service-based industry is a plus.
