Full Job Description

Reliance Staffing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and relationship-building skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting Reliance Staffing's temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Prospect new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and in-person visits.
Conduct client meetings to identify staffing needs and present customized workforce solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure client staffing requirements are fulfilled promptly.
Conduct client follow-up visits to maintain satisfaction and identify additional business opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and service agreements while maintaining company profitability.
Stay informed on local market trends and hiring demands.
Maintain accurate sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Represent Reliance Staffing at networking events, job fairs, and community events.
Resolve client concerns professionally while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (staffing industry experience preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of staffing and recruiting processes.
Experience selling temporary staffing, direct hire, or workforce solutions.
Ability to build long-term business relationships.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, commission-driven environment.
