A Day in the Life of an Insurance Sales Agent:

1) Create insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone

2) Ensure all of our clients have an amazing experience

3) Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets

4) Help people understand their insurance needs while having fun and making money!

Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

The personality assessment, problem solving, and short answer responses are required for your resume/application to be considered.

Proven track record as a Sales leader is a must!

Insurance experience, not required, but is preferred.

Obtaining a TX Insurance P&C agents License at or before the start of employment will be required.

2) Is prior insurance sales experience required?

No. You don't need any prior knowledge about insurance. That part can be taught, you just need a proven Sales record and a drive to succeed.

3) Will I need to find or purchase my own leads?

Absolutely not. We provide all the leads you'll ever need. Your job is to close deals, not dial for dollars!

4) What is the company culture like?

Our culture is all about doing what's right. Right for the Customer, Right for the Agency, and Right for the Company. By helping our customers get the Right coverage for their needs, we can make a lot of money while helping a lot of people.

5) What does the career growth path look like?

6) Is this commission-only?

Not at all. Our compensation plan is the most competitive in the state. You'll start with a base salary up to $40,000, plus receive a great commission plan on top of that.

7) What can I expect to make in my first year?

A Sales Agent who consistently meets their goals can expect to make $100K annually!

8) Do I have to work nights and weekends?

Our office ours are M-F 8:30 to 5:30pm, Nights and weekends are not required.
