Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Hours: 36–40 hours/week
Alive & Free Chiropractic is growing, and we’re looking for a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant who loves connecting with families, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to be part of a team helping kids overcome challenges so many parents already know—sensory struggles, ADHD, autism, anxiety, sleep issues, and emotional regulation.

At Alive & Free Chiropractic, we specialize in helping kids and families who have been through what we call the Perfect Storm—a mix of stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation that often shows up as meltdowns, behavioral challenges, sensory sensitivities, anxiety, sleep struggles, and developmental delays.
Many parents who come to us have already walked a long road of therapies, specialists, and medications. As our Front Desk CA, you’ll be the first voice and face families trust. You’ll create a safe, welcoming space where parents feel heard, kids feel seen, and every visit builds hope. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients with warmth and enthusiasm, making each visit a positive experience
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and communication with ease
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with check-in and check-out
- Guide parents through office procedures and financial arrangements confidently
- Assist the team with administrative tasks, paperwork, and coordination
- Keep the office environment organized, clean, and running smoothly
- Represent our mission of connection, trust, and excellence in every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with families or in customer-facing roles (required)
- A genuine love for people, especially children and parents—energy and empathy are a must
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence—you can meet people where they are
- A warm, outgoing personality who enjoys talking with people all day
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, coachable, and a committed team player
- No chiropractic or healthcare experience required – we provide all the training you need

Employee Shift Hours:
- Monday: 8am–11am, 1pm–7pm (9 hrs)
- Tuesday: 12pm–7pm (7 hrs)
- Wednesday: 8am–11am, 1pm–7pm (9 hrs)
- Thursday: 12pm–7pm (7 hrs)
- Friday: 8am–12pm, 2pm–4pm (6 hrs)
Mondays and Wednesdays are our “double” days with both a morning shift (8am–11am) and an afternoon shift (1pm–7pm). Tuesdays and Thursdays are afternoon shifts only (12pm–7pm). Fridays are a shorter day with a morning shift (8am–12pm) and a brief afternoon shift (2pm–4pm). This comes out to about 38 hours per week.
