About Arte Hospitality

Arte Hospitality is a Miami Beach-based hospitality company operating Park Central Hotel, Bentley Hotel, and restaurant concepts on Ocean Drive. We are building a Brand & Experience department focused on creating the kind of programming, events, and guest moments that make people come back — and tell their friends. These are corporate-level roles working across multiple properties and restaurant outlets as individual entities — not a single-venue position. This is a hands-on role at a company that moves fast, holds a high standard, and gives talented people real ownership of their work.

About the Role

The Events & Experience Manager is the person who makes things happen at Arte Hospitality. You will program the entertainment and events calendar across our properties, deliver group and private events from signed contract through to post-event follow-up, and own the guest experience journey that keeps people coming back.

This is a role for someone who is equally at home building a rooftop music program and executing a corporate buyout the following weekend. You bring warmth, energy, and operational precision in equal measure. Proficiency in AI tools for event documentation and reporting is required for this position.

Core Responsibilities — Public Programming

Build and manage the weekly and monthly events and entertainment calendar across all Arte Hospitality properties
Program live music, DJ nights, wellness activations, culinary events, brand collaborations, and holiday activations
Source, vet, and introduce entertainment vendors, performers, DJs, and experience partners to the Brand & Marketing Manager, who leads all commercial negotiations
Develop seasonal event concepts and activations that give guests a reason to return
Identify and develop brand partnership opportunities that add value without paid ad spend
Track public event performance — attendance, F&B revenue impact, and guest feedback — monthly

Core Responsibilities — Group & Private Event Delivery

Receive confirmed group and event bookings from the Sales Manager and own all execution from that point forward
Build and maintain detailed run-of-show documents, BEOs, and event orders for every confirmed booking
Coordinate all event logistics with Hotel Managers, Restaurant leadership, and vendors
Track deposits, final payments, and contract milestones for all active event files
Conduct post-event client follow-up — gather feedback and flag VIP clients for repeat business outreach

Core Responsibilities — Guest Experience

Design and implement the guest experience journey across all Arte Hospitality properties and restaurants — arrival, in-stay, and departure
Develop personalized welcome touches and special occasion moments for VIP and repeat guests
Collect and surface guest feedback to the Brand & Marketing Manager for monthly reporting
Identify recurring friction points in the guest experience and recommend improvements to Hotel Managers
Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator on VIP arrivals and groups requiring elevated on-property attention

Experience

4+ years combining event programming, logistics, and guest experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality venue

Programming range

Track record building a diverse events calendar — music, wellness, culinary, seasonal, and private/corporate formats

Operational strength

Knows what it takes to run an event smoothly and catches problems before they become guest issues

AI fluency

Uses AI to write BEOs, run-of-show documents, vendor briefs, and post-event reports at speed — this is an expectation, not a bonus

Guest obsession

Genuinely warm and guest-obsessed — you delight in making people feel special and it shows

Vendor relationships

Established contacts with local performers, DJs, wellness practitioners, and event vendors in the Miami market

Commercial sense

Programs with commercial awareness — every event has a revenue rationale, and you understand that
