RARE Real Estate | South Florida

RARE Real Estate is a modern brokerage platform built for entrepreneurial agents.

Founded in Toronto, RARE has grown to over 200 agents across multiple markets and has spearheaded over $5.5B in sales volume across resale, pre-construction, and development-related real estate. The company has also been featured on Amazon Prime’s Luxe Listings Toronto.

As we continue expanding in South Florida, we are looking for a key leadership role to expand our growth, alongside ownership, reporting directly to the Founder.
This is not a traditional office manager or compliance-only role.
We are looking for someone who understands growth, relationships, leadership, and execution.
The right candidate thrives on building an outstanding market presence through attracting other like-minded, talented agents to our robust opportunity.
The right candidate will build a strong, positive market presence quickly, while also bringing operational maturity and leadership to a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Attracting talented agents to the RARE platform.
Building & strengthening relationships with agents, teams, developers, and industry professionals throughout South Florida.
Developing and implementing highly productive growth strategies.
Assisting with onboarding, growth initiatives, and expansion efforts.
Helping to create structure, accountability, and operational consistency within the Florida business.
Building our brand by representing RARE at meetings, events, networking opportunities, and industry functions.
Supporting brokerage operations and agent growth where needed.
Identifying strategic opportunities for expansion and long-term market growth.
Working directly with ownership on growth strategies and execution.
Leading through our values and culture.

What We’re Looking For

Active Florida Broker license
A natural relationship-builder with leadership presence and real credibility in the market
Entrepreneurial mindset — you create momentum, you don’t wait for it
Highly organized and able to operate independently without constant oversight
Comfortable in both growth conversations and operational discussions
Strategic thinker who executes consistently and follows through
Professional, accountable, and driven by big goals
Building through people is where you thrive
Comfortable with technology; familiarity with AI tools is a plus, not a requirement

This Role Is Probably Not For You If

You are looking for an administrative or compliance-focused position.
You are uncomfortable with recruiting, networking, or business development.

Compensation

Compensation structure will be discussed directly with qualified candidates and may include a combination of salary, incentives, and long-term growth opportunities.
