Senior Tax Manager | Coral Gables | Hybrid | $155k - $185k

A well established Miami CPA firm is looking to add a Senior Tax Manager to its growing team. They've built an excellent reputation in the market, not through aggressive growth plans or Private Equity investment, but through long term client relationships, strong leadership, and treating people properly.

What you'll be doing

You'll work closely with a broad client base, reviewing complex tax engagements, providing advice, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and helping drive the continued growth of the tax department. This is a highly visible leadership role with plenty of client interaction and influence within the firm.

What they're looking for

CPA preferred
5+ years in Public Accounting tax experience at Manager or Senior Manager level
Strong technical tax knowledge across individual and business returns
Understanding of relevant tax legislation as well as corporate, personal, and partnership tax compliance and planning.
Experience managing client relationships
Ability to review work and mentor staff
Someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
