Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk activities, manage guest relations, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your leadership will set the tone for a welcoming environment, fostering guest satisfaction and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your hospitality management skills, multilingual abilities, and hotel experience to create memorable stays for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, and guest services.
Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Oversee reservation systems, room assignments, and billing procedures to maintain accuracy.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports.
Train and motivate team members on customer service standards, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone system protocols.
Foster positive guest relations by providing personalized service and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a strong background in front desk operations.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems.
Ability to handle night audit procedures and manage guest relations confidently.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and professional interaction.
