Job Description

As a Associate III, you will serve as a key point of contact for donors and supporters through multiple communication channels, helping to strengthen engagement and support fundraising efforts that advance the St. Jude mission.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, participants, businesses, and community organizations.
Provide outstanding service through phone, email, chat, text messaging, and social media platforms.
Support fundraising efforts and Fitness Programs through participant engagement, donor stewardship, and customer service.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Accurately document interactions and input information into various software systems and databases.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and communicate updates effectively.
Prepare reports, track participant and donor information, and assist with administrative tasks.
Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, call center operations, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage audiences across multiple communication platforms.
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build relationships and navigate conversations with professionalism and empathy.
Ability to accurately process and enter information into various software systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
