Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service patients and visitors. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth office management, efficient communication, and a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with previous medical office experience.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, screening calls, taking messages, and transferring inquiries efficiently
Be comfortable requesting payment from patients at check-in
Familiar with health insurances
Ability to work in a fast-paced office being comfortable multitasking and prioritizing.
The candidate should be team oriented while working independently to ensure tasks are completed promptly and efficiently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
We require this candidate to have flexible availability

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
