Job Title- Administrative Assistant

Location-Smithfield PA

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.

Principal accountabilities:

Comply with all environmental & health and safety federal, state, local regulations and company policies.
Report operational KPIs
Provide administrative HR support as needed, such as:
Placing advertisements
Submitting background check
Data entry of payroll information for new employees
Coordinate meetings and plant tours/visits
Organize travel arrangements
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Provide receptionist duties (greets visitors, takes and routes phone calls, etc.)
Assist with Purchase Order and expense administration
Inventory and order all office supplies
Maintain office equipment such as copy and fax machines and printers
Prepare typed documents and their distribution
Establish and maintain filing system for the Administrative Dept.
Prepare expense reports
Manage copy room
Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements for the role:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
3 years’ administrative experience supporting senior leadership
Advanced knowledge of MS office packages and Outlook email
