What You Will Do

Be the Engine: Keep our office humming by managing spreadsheets, inputting data with speed and precision, and staying ahead of the daily workflow.
Support the Pros: Assist client communications, handle scheduling, and work alongside experienced tax professionals.
Level Up: Learn the ins and outs of tax preparation with hands-on training and mentorship.
Crush Peak Season: Bring high energy and dedication during our busiest months (January through April), working extended weekday hours and select weekends when the earning potential is at its highest!

Detail-Oriented and Numbers-Smart: You are comfortable with math, fast at typing/10-key, and know your way around Google Workspace or Excel.
