At our dealership, we provide a steady stream of inbound leads from people actively looking to sell their vehicles. Your job is simple: build trust, negotiate effectively, and buy as many quality vehicles as possible.

This isn't a desk job. It's a high-energy, high-performance sales role where effort, consistency, and closing ability directly impact your income.

What You'll Do

Contact and respond quickly to customers who want to sell their vehicles.
Build rapport and earn customers' trust throughout the buying process.
Appraise vehicles and present competitive purchase offers.
Negotiate confidently while creating a great customer experience.
Schedule and conduct in-person vehicle inspections.
Relentlessly follow up until every opportunity has been exhausted.
Manage a large pipeline without letting opportunities fall through the cracks.
Purchase vehicles that meet company inventory goals.
Work closely with management to maximize every buying opportunity.
Continuously improve through coaching, training, and performance reviews.

What We're Looking For

Highly competitive with a strong work ethic.

Comfortable making calls, handling objections, and asking for the sale.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of leads and follow-up activity.
Sales experience required; automotive experience is a plus.
Previous experience in an automotive buying center is preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
