Full Job Description

JHE is in need of a CNC Programmer with experience capable of manufacturing complex components in an R&D prototype environment as well as keeping production machines running at proficient levels.

The Ideal candidate must be an accomplished multi-axis programmer with a minimum of 5 years experience.

The ideal candidate must be ready to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and be a reliable and committed individual.

We are an established manufacturing facility that is growing rapidly.

Pay based on experience and very competitive

Responsibilities and Duties:

Program machine tools utilizing CNC Programming software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, SURFCAM preferred).

Analyze engineering models/drawings to define the sequence of machining operations to ensure that the design intent and component quality is achieved.

Provide technical expertise and support to CNC manufacturing staff.

Perform quality checks necessary to assure quality.

Mentor and guide other operators.

Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or GED required

Associates Degree in a Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical/Technical field preferred.

Experience with CAD software preferred (SolidWorks, Mastercam, SURFCAM preferred).

5+ years multi-axis programming experience required

5+ years experience working in a production and/or prototype environment

Experience setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machinery preferred, both milling & turning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
