About the Opportunity Are you a highly organized self-starter with a creative side? We are partnering with a growing commercial service provider in Concord, NC, looking for an independent, motivated Administrative Assistant to become the right hand to their Office Manager.

This is not a traditional, repetitive desk job. You will be stepping into a dynamic role where you handle vital daily operations—like scheduling service calls and ordering parts—while also taking complete ownership of the company’s social media presence. If you thrive in an environment where you don't need your hand held and want the creative freedom to build a brand's online presence from the ground up, this role offers incredible room for long-term career growth.

Must-Have Qualifications

Autonomy: A true self-starter mentality. You must be able to take a project and run with it without constant micromanagement.
Digital Savvy: Proven experience (professional or strong personal/freelance portfolio) managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
Organization: Impeccable attention to detail, specifically for scheduling field technicians and ordering mechanical parts.
Drive: Highly motivated with a desire to grow alongside a scaling business.

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Operational Support: Partner directly with the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule commercial cleanings, service calls, and repairs for the field team.
Inventory & Procurement: Manage inventory tracking and order necessary parts and equipment for service technicians.
Social Media Management: Take the lead on the company’s online presence; create engaging content, schedule posts, and manage community interactions across platforms.
General Administration: Handle phones, email correspondence, and standard clerical duties with a high level of professionalism.
