Locations: Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC) & Lake Wylie (Charlotte, NC)
Schedule: Tues–Fri 9am–5pm | Sat 9am–4pm
Pay: $18–$45/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and service industry-leading brands like Tigé, ATX, Barletta, Four Winns, and Tahoe
- Service all makes and models with accuracy, care, and confidence
- Deliver high-quality work with precision, urgency, and pride
- Own your efficiency and productivity goals — we track it, and we celebrate it
- Keep clean, accurate job records and communicate clearly with the service team
- Stay current with training and take initiative to grow your skills
- Work side-by-side with a team who holds themselves to a high standard
What You’ll Need
- Experience with marine engines such as Indmar, Mercruiser, Volvo, Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, or Honda
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills — electrical systems and electronics a big plus
- A love for boating, a respect for safety, and pride in your work
- A team-first mindset and a belief in doing what’s right even when no one’s watching
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Marine or automotive background preferred; associate degree a plus

What You’ll Do:
- Service and repair all makes and models of boats — inboard, outboard, and sterndrive
- Work on premium brands like Tigé, ATX, Barletta, Four Winns, and Tahoe
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic systems
- Complete repairs with accuracy, timeliness, and a customer-first mindset
- Maintain clean workspaces and meet productivity and efficiency goals
- Stay current on service bulletins and training
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with marine engines: Ilmor, Indmar, Mercruiser, Volvo, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, Mercury
- Electrical/electronic systems knowledge is a plus
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a values-driven mindset
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Marine or automotive background preferred
