Administrative Specialist
Location: Orland, CA
Pay Range: $22-$26/hr

We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to support key business functions, including departments such as Sales, Accounting, Logistics, and Customer Service. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety in job duties, working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to build a strong foundation for career growth within the organization.
What You'll Do:

Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management across departments.
Support sales contract and client accounting database management.
Help process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Coordinate customer shipping instructions and purchase orders.
Greet and assist vendors, customers, and drivers.
Cross-train in various administrative functions to expand your skill set.
Maintain compliance with Food Safety, Quality, and OSHA standards.

What We're Looking For:

Agriculture industry
Logistics paperwork coordination a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across departments.
Prior experience in administrative support, data entry, or reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow into more advanced roles.
Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and work independently.
