Wine Room Attendant
Location: Page Springs Cellars, Arizona Schedule: 3-4 days | 20–30 hours per week
Page Springs Cellars is a family-owned and operated winery and vineyard located in the heart of Arizona's Verde Valley, just 90 miles north of Phoenix and minutes from Sedona in Cornville. Our Tasting Room and Bistro provide exceptional wine and culinary experiences daily, welcoming guests to enjoy our beautiful property overlooking the vineyards and Oak Creek.
We are seeking a reliable, service-driven professional to join our team in a multifaceted role that supports both guest engagement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience while maintaining administrative and inventory functions within the tasting room and wine room.
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver courteous and knowledgeable service to all guests in the tasting room, wine room, and via phone/email communications
· Promptly and professionally respond to inquiries while maintaining expertise in tour programs, reserved spaces, events, wine club services, and website offerings
· Manage point-of-sale system (Commerce 7), including inventory adjustments, pricing updates, menu configuration, and routine system auditing
· Facilitate inventory processes including order placement, receipt, reconciliation, and restocking of wine, merchandise, and art.
· Ensure the wine room is organized, clean, and visually maintained to brand standards
· Ensure proper wine service in a professional and timely manner
· Maintain positive relationships with tour operators and external partners
· Assist in administrative functions supporting wine club and tasting room logistics and operations.
- Responsible for prompt correspondence with organizing and booking Reservable Spaces
- Be a liaison between Guests, TR Staff, TR Manager, Merchandiser, and Wine Club Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated interest in wine and hospitality; willingness to learn about products and services
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with winery POS systems such as Commerce 7
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or strong willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with alcohol service regulations
- Arizona Food Handler Certification and Title 4 Certification (required)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs
