Full Job Description

Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday AM (15–20 hrs/week)
Compensation: Annual range $72,000–$150,000+ — competitive base salary plus production bonus tied to weekly visit volume (W-2), with top earning potential for high-volume performers. The associate averages 30–45 new patients per month.
Start date: On or before August 29 — though we'll wait for the right fit over a rushed hire.

This is an ideal role for an experienced, local chiropractor who wants three focused clinical days with real earning potential and none of the administrative grind. You step into an established, busy book from day one — no book to build, and no Personal Injury or Workers' Comp (no liens, no depositions, no PI/WC documentation). Just quality patient care.

Duties

Perform patient assessments to determine the root cause of musculoskeletal issues
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
Deliver hands-on chiropractic adjustments and joint manipulation
Provide acute and chronic pain management through therapeutic methods
Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, and injury-prevention exercises
Maintain patient records
Collaborate with our clinical team to coordinate patient care

Requirements

Doctor of Chiropractic from an accredited institution
Active California Chiropractic license in good standing
Excellent hands-on adjuster — diversified-technique practice; proficiency in Activator and drop-table techniques
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
Experience with commercial-insurance patients and claims
Able to handle a high-volume pace — comfortable starting around 70–80 visits/week with the ability to ramp to 100–160 visits/week as you establish care
Comfortable producing documentation in ChiroTouch using AI and dictation tools (training provided)
Ability to interpret X-rays
Local to the Corona / Inland Empire area preferred (on-site, three-day role)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
