About Us

Marsa Transportation, Inc. is a growing transportation and logistics company based in the Inland Empire. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, strong financial tracking, and building a reliable, dedicated team.

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Full-Charge Accountant to take ownership of our financial operations, manage monetary transactions, and deliver actionable cost analysis to support company operations.

Position Summary

In this hands-on, full-time hourly role, you will manage the day-to-day accounting cycle from top to bottom. You will work directly with management to ensure financial accuracy, control cash flow, and analyze fleet and operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Payable (AR/AP): Manage full-cycle invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and ledger reconciliations.
Monetary Transactions: Oversee cash flow, bank reconciliations, and daily financial processing.
Cost Analysis: Analyze transportation, fuel, maintenance, and operating margins to provide critical cost reports for management.
Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end close, financial statements, and general ledger maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Full-Charge Accountant, Corporate Accountant, or Senior Bookkeeper (transportation or logistics industry experience is a major plus).
Solid proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and general ledger management.
Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and cost-saving opportunities.
Reliable, punctual, and disciplined work ethic.
