Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator – Eyewear Industry

Company: Royal Vision

Royal Vision is a growing wholesale eyewear company seeking a motivated, professional, and sales-driven Sales & Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hybrid position combining sales, account management, customer service, order coordination, and receptionist responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, is confident making outbound sales calls, follows up consistently, and is motivated to help grow our customer base and sales.

What You'll Do

Prospect and develop new wholesale accounts, including optical practices, eyewear retailers, boutiques, and other potential customers.
Make outbound sales calls and follow up with new leads, trade show contacts, catalog requests, inactive accounts, and existing customers.
Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
Present Royal Vision's eyewear collections, pricing, promotions, and new products.
Assist customers with product selection, orders, product availability, shipping updates, returns, exchanges, and warranty concerns.
Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Process and coordinate customer orders with management and warehouse staff.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, account information, and follow-up schedules.
Stay informed about eyewear trends, frame materials, optical terminology, competitors, and industry developments.
Educate customers on product features, merchandising, and selling techniques.
Assist with trade shows, customer presentations, trunk shows, and industry events as needed.
Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activity, new opportunities, customer feedback, and market trends.

Who We're Looking For

Sales-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable generating new business.
Confident making outbound calls and communicating with business owners and optical professionals.
Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Organized and consistent with customer follow-up.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Resilient and persistent when facing sales challenges or rejection.
Comfortable learning about eyewear products, fashion trends, frame materials, and basic optical terminology.
Basic computer, email, spreadsheet, and data-entry skills.

Previous experience in B2B sales, wholesale sales, account management, optical sales, eyewear, fashion, or customer service is preferred.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation

$[XX]–$[XX] per hour + commission opportunities

Compensation may be based on experience and sales performance.
