Full Job Description

We are a growing, fast-paced Personal Injury Law firm seeking a dynamic and charismatic leader for our Intake Call Center. The ideal candidate will lead our team to achieve maximum success in handling intake calls and managing customer relationships. We are looking for stable, long-term team members who are eager to grow and contribute to our firm's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and mentor a team of Client Concierge representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance targets.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize Intake operations and improve intake processes.
Communicate effectively with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person, fostering a positive experience.
Ensure the accurate collection and documentation of sensitive personal information and implementation of firm-wide processes and procedures.
Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Perform general administrative duties as required, including reporting and analysis of team performance.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction and firm performance.
Manage team schedules and coordinate coverage efficiently

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a management role within a customer service or sales environment, preferably in a call center setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Availability to work after hours and occasional weekends as needed.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Schedule:

8-hour shifts
Evening shifts
Weekend shifts and Holiday shifts / as needed/ occasional
