Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday AM (15–20 hrs/week)
Compensation: Annual range $72,000–$150,000+ — competitive base salary plus production bonus tied to weekly visit volume (W-2), with top earning potential for high-volume performers. The associate averages 30–45 new patients per month.
Start date: On or before August 29 — though we'll wait for the right fit over a rushed hire.

You step into an established, busy book from day one — no book to build, and no Personal Injury or Workers' Comp (no liens, no depositions, no PI/WC documentation). Just quality patient care.

Duties
- Perform patient assessments to determine the root cause of musculoskeletal issues
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
- Deliver hands-on chiropractic adjustments and joint manipulation
- Provide acute and chronic pain management through therapeutic methods
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, and injury-prevention exercises
- Maintain patient records
- Collaborate with our clinical team to coordinate patient care
Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic from an accredited institution
- Active California Chiropractic license in good standing
- Excellent hands-on adjuster — diversified-technique practice; proficiency in Activator and drop-table techniques
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
- Experience with commercial-insurance patients and claims
- Able to handle a high-volume pace — comfortable starting around 70–80 visits/week with the ability to ramp to 100–160 visits/week as you establish care
- Comfortable producing documentation in ChiroTouch using AI and dictation tools (training provided)
- Ability to interpret X-rays
- Local to the Corona / Inland Empire area preferred (on-site, three-day role)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
