Full Job Description

The Tiki Lounge is a growing e-commerce business specializing in collectibles and specialty merchandise sold through live shopping platforms. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Shipping Associate to join our team and help process orders generated through our TikTok Live streams.

This position is responsible for accurately pulling, organizing, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. We take great pride in the presentation of our packages and want every customer to receive an order that is accurate, secure, and professionally packed.

Responsibilities

Pull and organize customer orders from TikTok Live sales
Accurately match products to individual customer orders
Pack merchandise carefully and securely to prevent damage during shipping
Prepare orders for shipment and ensure packages are properly labeled
Organize and maintain order information using Google Docs and other online systems
Review orders for accuracy before they are shipped
Identify and communicate any missing, incorrect, or damaged items
Maintain an organized and clean packing and shipping area
Follow established packing and fulfillment procedures
Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Communicate with the Operations and Streaming teams as needed
Assist with other fulfillment and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience with order fulfillment, shipping, e-commerce, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred
Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Drive, and basic computer applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple orders at once
Able to follow processes and instructions consistently
Dependable, punctual, and responsible
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Takes pride in the quality and presentation of their work
Able to safely lift and move boxes and merchandise as needed

What We’re Looking For

The right person understands that fulfillment is an important part of the customer experience. We don't simply want someone who can put items in boxes. We want someone who is thoughtful about how orders are organized, packed, and presented.

You should naturally pay attention to details, keep your workspace organized, and take pride in making sure every order is done correctly before it leaves our facility.

Experience with live shopping platforms, TikTok Shop, Whatnot, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

Part-time hours with scheduling based on business and fulfillment needs. Availability may include weekdays and occasional evenings or weekends depending on our live-stream schedule.
