Katz21 Event Coordinator

Duties:

Take Phone calls during business hours to set up client meetings
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings
- Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and event setup
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and provide creative solutions to meet their needs
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards
- Coordinate event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution of all activities
- Oversee event setup and teardown, ensuring that all elements are in place and meet client expectations
- Provide exceptional guest services throughout the event, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a seamless event experience
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Proven experience in events management, including planning, execution, and evaluation
- Knowledge of banquet operations and catering services
- Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best rates and services
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management for events
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees
- Attention to detail to ensure all event elements are executed flawlessly
