Full Job Description

USA Foundation Repair is seeking a detail-oriented, multi-tasked Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations in the foundation department and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Compensation:

$18 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming calls from multiple lines, schedule appointments, and confirm for the Sales team.
Greet and assist all incoming customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Strong customer service skills in dealing with customers.
Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
Support other departments as needed with various tasks.
Perform administrative office duties, including filing, data entry, maintaining records, creating spreadsheet reports, and inputting payroll.
Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency.
Prepare and maintain Spreadsheets.
Keep up with product supply in the shop and warehouse.
Communicate with the foreman and the sales team regarding appointments and calendars.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in an office setting or related field is advantageous.
Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry is essential.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail are required.
Experience as an office manager or administrator is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
