Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative

Description

Are you passionate about agriculture, people, and progress? Do you thrive in the field, not just the office? We're looking for a driven Agriculture Sales Representative to join our Robstown team and become a trusted partner to the producers who feed the world.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Build strong, lasting relationships with local farmers and agricultural producers

· Match top-tier products and solution to the unique need of each operation

· Provide expert guidance on equipment, crop inputs, or precision ag solutions (depending on your background)

· Stay ahead of the curve with the latest technology and trends in agriculture

· Own your territory with pride – identify opportunities, grow sales, and celebrate success

· Submit sales documents to the Finance & Inventory Manager in accordance with company policy

· Submit proper equipment make-ready sheet to service manager for each sold unit

Requirements

· A deep respect for the agricultural industry – and the people who work in it

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills (Bilingual a plus!)

· Self-motivation and results-driving mindset

· Experience in ag equipment sales and farming is a plus

· Willingness to travel locally and spend time with customers face-to-face

· Ability to operate all equipment carried and sold
