What Our Paralegals Do:

· Assist lawyers in preparing legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence, including subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, and legal briefs.

· Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and conducting legal research.

· Manage law office activities such as drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers.

· Perform administrative duties, including answering phone calls and maintaining an organized case filing system.

· Conduct client interviews to gather information about legal matters.

What We Need From You:

· 5+ years of legal service experience in a family law firm setting.

· Paralegal professional certification or advanced paralegal education preferred.

· Evidence of a valid Texas Driver’s License and automobile insurance.

· Clear, concise, and effective communication skills with a positive attitude.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email; familiarity with legal software is a plus.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in writing and grammar.
