You earned your broker's license. What if you could build something worth owning without having to build everything yourself?

Omada is expanding into Texas, beginning in Corpus Christi, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial Texas-licensed real estate broker who wants more than another managing-broker position.

We're looking for a partner and leader who wants to build a productive real estate business.

There is no large franchise fee and no big buy-in.

You bring the brokerage experience, leadership and local market knowledge.

We bring the leads, technology, systems, coaching, training and growth platform.

We Don't Just Help You Recruit Agents. We Help You Build Producing Agents.

A brokerage doesn't become successful by collecting licenses.

Agents need to close deals.

That's a major difference in the Omada model.

We provide company-generated lead opportunities, including programs such as Zillow Flex where available, along with additional buyer and seller lead-generation channels as markets develop.

The broker can personally work and convert company lead opportunities, creating an opportunity to generate personal production while building the office.

As you recruit agents, those agents can receive lead opportunities as well.

Then we provide the technology, training, coaching and systems designed to help turn those opportunities into closings.

The model creates a powerful flywheel:

More opportunities → More producing agents → More closings → Stronger local reputation → Easier recruiting → More productive agents → A stronger brokerage.

More Than Commission Income

Where legally permitted and properly structured, participating brokers and agents may have opportunities to share in revenue or profits generated through portions of that ecosystem.

All such programs are subject to applicable federal and state laws, licensing requirements and compliance policies. We do not pay compensation for referrals where prohibited by law.
