Signal Solutions Corporation, a leading Bay Area low voltage contractor specializing in structured cabling, audio visual, CCTV, and access control systems, is seeking Audio Visual Installers and Cabling Technicians to join our growing team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Install, terminate, label, and test low voltage cabling including Cat6, fiber optic, coaxial, and audio visual cabling
- Install cable pathway systems including conduit, cable tray, J-hooks, surface raceway, and supports
- Install displays, projectors, cameras, speakers, equipment racks, and associated AV equipment
- Pull, dress, and test cabling in commercial environments
- Read and interpret construction drawings, AV schematics, and installation documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, customers, and other trades to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Qualifications:
- Experience in low voltage, structured cabling, audio visual, electrical, telecommunications, construction, or related trades preferred
- Commercial structured cabling and/or AV installation experience is a plus
- Experience with AV platforms such as Logitech, Q-SYS, Biamp, Crestron, Shure, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Zoom Rooms is highly desirable for experienced candidates
- Experience with copper and fiber optic cable termination and testing is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to work safely on ladders and lifts
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- OSHA 10, CTS, BICSI, or manufacturer certifications are a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
