Full Job Description

In this on-site role, you may be required to work directly with suppliers, customers, and co-workers to satisfy production and quality standards.

To be successful in this role the incumbent will be:

Responsibilities include the following:

Must be able to work independently and efficiently to meet or exceed production rate and quality requirements.
Follow written instructions to consistently set up parts for manufacturing process
Adhere to standards of safety and housekeeping as established, including but not limited to: emptying metal recycling bins, verifying lubricant and coolant levels, maintain work area broom clean, daily wipe down of equipment
Perform daily equipment checklists
Regular and predictable attendance
Perform receiving inspection to include documentation of incoming product serial numbers
Ability to read, understand and follow Work Instructions, Quality Procedures, Customer Purchase Order Requirements, Customer Drawings, policies, procedures and processes.
Perform outgoing process to include blow off, palletizing, banding and loading of product. Verify parts are FOD free and meet requirements. Document product serial numbers for shipment.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English at a functional level.
Work directly with Engineer(s) to identify improvements to existing programs.
Communicate with Co-workers, Colleagues and Managers to receive instructions, guidance and coordinate activities.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as requested or required, whether or not specifically mentioned in this job description

Physical Demands:

Must be able to perform physical duties and be able to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead and bend to the floor.
Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.
Regularly required to stand, reach, bend, and move about our facility
Ability to safely operate overhead crane, forklift and non-CDL vehicle

Requirements:

High School degree or equivalent required
Must have visual acuity enough to be able to read machine dials, gauges, and documents

Schedule: 10 hour night shift, Monday-Thursday, with overtime as required

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
