**$10,000.00 sign-on bonus**

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our supportive and high-performing dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities

· Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

· Provide a range of general dental services.

· Utilize aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean clinical environment.

· Educate patients on oral health care, preventive measures, and treatment options tailored to their individual needs.

· Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the dental clinic.

· Maintain accurate patient records, documenting medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes using appropriate medical terminology.

· Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

· Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

· Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Valid DEA license.

· Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.

· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

· 3-5 years experience preferred, but not required.

· Looking for someone who has a great attitude, flexible and adaptable.
