Full Job Description

Our office is seeking an experienced and dedicated office assistant to join our small fast paced rental property office. The right person is organized, positive, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do:

Draft letters and handle dictation
Process rental payments and utility billing
Prepare and execute leasing documents
Maintain organized filing systems
Manage phone calls, emails, and general office communication
Manage communications with tenants
Complete daily bank and post office runs
Other standard office tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Proven office experience
Positive, proactive attitude and dedication
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
