Full Job Description

The Marketing position at Hunking Law, LLC offers the opportunity to turn that passion into meaningful community impact. In this role, you won’t just be promoting a business you’ll be helping connect people to important information, resources, and a deeper understanding of the legal system.

This role involves handling, editing, and posting content to social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that promotes the firm and our community-focused initiatives and projects. In addition, you will record content, post videos and photos on a daily/weekly basis, track engagement metrics, and present on marketing performance at firm meetings. You will also attend marketing and community events, represent the firm in public settings, communicate with vendors, and identify and create new marketing opportunities, including assisting with the design of branded merchandise and promotional materials.

Beyond execution, this role requires thoughtful strategy and creativity. You will be expected to evaluate trends, stay informed on changes in social media algorithms and user behavior, and proactively suggest new approaches to improve outreach and engagement. You will help develop content calendars, coordinate campaigns around key initiatives, and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms. Your ability to balance creativity with organization will be critical to maintaining a strong and reliable online presence.

You will play a key role in shaping how our firm connects with the public, helping translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging content. This includes brainstorming creative campaigns, collaborating with team members to highlight client success stories (while maintaining confidentiality), and ensuring our messaging reflects our core value. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with different content styles and platforms, analyze what resonates most with our audience, and continuously refine strategies to expand our reach and influence.

Additionally, you will support internal marketing and branding efforts by helping ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual presentation across all materials. This may include assisting with website updates, coordinating with internal team members on announcements or initiatives, and helping maintain a cohesive brand identity that reflects the firm’s mission and values. You will also contribute ideas for community partnerships, outreach efforts, and long-term brand growth strategies.

Qualifications required include attention to detail, dependability, friendly customer service skills, critical thinking skills, a high level of professionalism, and a proven ability to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Experience with social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic analytics is strongly preferred. Familiarity with video editing software, graphic design tools, or content scheduling platforms is a plus but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as this role involves both independent work and collaboration with team members across the firm. You should be comfortable receiving feedback, adjusting strategies as needed, and confidently representing the firm in both digital and in-person settings.
